Juliet is married to Ove and lives in Ålesund. On a daily basis, she works in a nursery, which she enjoys very much. She is involved in several areas in our church, but it is as a prayer leader that she spends much of her time.

There is also some practical work in this role, such as organizing who will lead prayer meetings, planning prayer and fasting weeks in consultation with the Pastor and preparation at home for the prayer meetings.

When we ask Juliet why she chooses to spend her free time on voluntary work, the answer quickly comes, "because I love Jesus"! Juliet describes Jesus as her friend, and when asked why prayer is important, she replies that it is how she communicates with God. Prayer is essentially conversation with God!
